What are your daycare hours?

Our daycare is from 6:30 AM-6:00 PM, we recommend pulling up to the dog drop in the alley behind 2820 Rucker Ave.

Do I need to book daycare if I am boarding my dog?

Daycare is included in the price of boarding. If you are picking your dog up past hours the next day (ex. 8:00 PM) there will be a $9 hourly charge for late pick up.

What should I do if my dog has never been boarded before?

We highly recommend bringing your pooch to our doggy daycare before their stay in our overnight kennel. This ensures they are familiar with the environment and have a positive association with it before their stay. Bringing items that smell like home can also make your dog feel more comfortable.

Do you accept small dogs?

We love dogs of all sizes! Boarding and daycare is open to everyone. On Tuesdays we offer Tiny Dog Tuesday: a play group just for dog under 30 lbs. This is the ideal way to introduce a small dog to our facility.

How do I sign up for a behavior test?

Give us a call at (425)998-9772 and we will schedule your assessment. We aim for Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, however, we understand people have jobs and those jobs need to be worked around.

The behavior test is around 15 minutes and mostly about ensuring your dog is going to enjoy daycare or boarding, not be stressed by it.

What’s the difference between our club and Public dog parks?

We are a private club which allows us to prioritize safety and comfort. Every dog you and your pooch meet will be up to date on shots and have passed a behavior assessment.

Staff and club members work together to make Pawsome safe, inclusive, and vibrant.

Do dogs have to be spayed or neutered to visit the park?

Dogs 12 months and older must be spayed or neutered. Dogs that have not been "fixed" smell very different and will receive an amount of attention that may be uncomfortable.

Are vaccinations required?

Yes, we require current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to become a member, you will upload them to the Gingr app.

Will staff supervise my dog in the indoor park?

Staff members are available to help with situations that may be escalating or behaviors that may need addressing. However, each owner is responsible for watching their own dog, cleaning up messes, and keeping barking to a minimum. If your dog is displaying any signs of aggression or escalating behaviors, we may ask you to take a time out or leave. If you notice concerning behaviors going unchecked, please notify staff.

Can I bring my own dog toy or dog treats?

Outside toys are not permitted. This is purely for safety reasons in order to minimize possession aggression. Small training treats may be used at your own discretion.
